Massive vote fraud uncovered
Aquittal in voter fraud case.
The tally to date:
November 2004: 2,997,007 votes cast.
Twelve charges.
One conviction.
One acquital.
One hung jury.
Folkbum notes that the Brewers have a better record than that.
Need I say that photo IDs would not have helped one whit in any of these cases?

Amen.
This is a nonsense issue and a thinly veiled attempt at voter supression no matter how you slice it.
The GOP should be ashamed of themselves if they only had that capacity to feel shame.
Let's hope this one strikes out for the good of our democratic (small d system.
2 questions: Where was Greg Borowski on this story? And how many column-inches did this translate into?
Lack of prosecutions does not equal lack of criminal activity. If I rob a store and don't get caught, do you contend that the robbery never took place?
In fact, the lack of prosecutions is part of the problem. There are very few ways to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that someone committed fraud. That's why we must take measures to prevent it from happening in the first place.
"Lack of prosecutions does not equal lack of criminal activity."
Hmmm, isn't that the argument Call Thomas gives in regards to Tom Delay?
Don't you need SOME proof if you are going to make a significant change in our laws. Or is this faith-based legislation.
