So what kind of "quotas" do you require to meet your racist criteria? 3 blacks, 2 hispanics, 3 asians, 2 native americans, etc???
Would that mix better reflect the demographic make up of Oregon, WI?
I would just expect that at some point, with all of the photos the Green campaign sends out from around the state, that one member of some minority group might accidentally wander into the frame.
