Applying the Fairness Doctrine in AG race

OK, I admit it. I beat up on Paul Bucher more than I go after his opponent in the Republican AG primary, J. B. Van Hollen. It's just that Bucher is such an easy, tempting target and closer at hand.

But in the interest of fairness, let's offer some balance, with a Capital Times editorial, J.B. Van Blah-blah.
