Doyle in the net -- 101 saves

Dave Diamond reminds Democrats that while Jim Doyle may not be all they might wish he would be on every issue, he has been the last line of defense on major issues and has come through big time:
It's unfortunate that one of Doyle's major responsibilities has been to derail the Republican crazy train, but that's the reality of the situation. He's obviously found room to negotiate and compromise on a wide range of issues, especially for Wisconsin business. (That's why a decent chunk of Wisconsin Democrats are lukewarm on him; Doyle hasn't been uniformly hostile enough.)

But on the issues that really matter—concealed carry, choice, stem cell research—I've been glad to have him tending goal.
