Not all the answers? A real understatement
Mark Green, in a press release upon being endorsed by the Milwaukee police union (a big surprise, since they have endorsed the Republican candidate for governor for the last 20 years):
Green also addressed the shootings of this past weekend in Milwaukee, saying they do not accurately reflect the character of the people of Wisconsin's flagship city. He believes that everyone who seeks to represent Milwaukee needs to come together and work with community leaders to address the crime problems threatening the city's vitality.Well, he got that right. He not only doesn't have all the answers, he doesn't have any. "Coming together" to address the problems is not an idea. That leaves the death penalty, which he also endorsed on Thursday, and which doesn't qualify as an idea either.
"I'm not going to stand here and tell you I have all the answers, because I don't," concluded Green. "But I can assure you that as governor, I would not have stood silent after a weekend like we just saw."
Green as governor would have grandstanded, in other words. Just what we need. Nice to find out that he doesn't think everyone who lives in Milwaukee is a murderer, though. That certainly makes me feel safer, and does wonders for my morale.

I have my microscope and am diligently working to find ANY "grandstand" on which BagManJimbo is standing regarding the events in Milwaukee over the weekend.
Since he fornicated all over the State's budget to give the money to WEAC, there's nothing left with which to assist Milwaukee's PD.
Too bad.

dad29, that sentence is mind-boggling in it's incorrect verb usage and sheer stupidity.
Stop fornicating all over the english language!
