DeLay pays fine, Green gives away money

Tom DeLay's political action committee has agreed to shut down and pay $115,000 in fines for violating federal election laws, the NY Times reports today.

Gee, it seems like just yesterday that Mark Green finally decided to get rid of almost $30,000 from that same PAC, using a new law allowing him to give the money to charity, which took effect on July 1.
