'This may sting a little'
Waukesha DA Paul Bucher is tranquilized before his next scheduled debate with J.B. Van Hollen in the Republican attorney general primary. The wire coming out of his head is unexplained, but may be how Jessica McBride implants thoughts in his brain.
Joking aside, it's clear the taser can be a deadly weapon.
UPDATE: Waukesha County inquest juries are just like Milwaukee's. What will Bucher do? Nothing before the primary, I'll bet.

It's only deadly if it's used...and then VERY rarely.
It's only used if some perp requires more than a pat on the head...
And it's only a perp if there's a significant behavior problem--like failure to obey a cop's orders.
I don't like the ending of that story any more than you do; after all, he was a human being.
But there's only so much a cop can do when faced with unrelenting resistance from a perp.
The guy was mentally ill. The cops knew it when they responded. He was lying on the ground when he was tasered. Your comments here are--how can I put it? Grossly ignorant? Incredibly insensitive? Sickening? Words fail me. You need an education.
