Hotline puts Wis. race at #11

Hotline doesn't think Mark Green is helping himself by pressing the court case to keep $468,000 in special interest money that the Elections Board said was illegal. From this week's list, where Wisconsin slipped from 10 to 11 on the list of hot races:

"Until there's one solid week where the local press doesn't have an update about Green's attempt to keep some of his war chest, I'm going to continue to be pessimistic about the GOP's chances."

The 8th Distict House race between Steve Kagen and John Gard is listed at #24 on an expanded list of 60 seats Hotline says could be in play on Nov. 7.
