New TABOR draft even worse

The latest edition of Bride of TABOR, hot off the press, was supposed to get some quick committee action on Wednesday, but that seems unlikely. Even likely supporters say they can't pass judgment that quickly. And many groups say the authors have just made it worse -- quite a feat. Carrie Lynch has the scoop.
