Smoking something, but not a gun

The Republican Party is claiming it has uncovered the smoking gun in the Adelman Travel-Georgia Thompson case, an email which -- gasp! -- suggests then-DOA Secretary Marc Marotta knews there was a contract being awarded and even had a suggestion about what it should include.
