Goo-goos giving make-up exams

Congressman Mark Green was just too darned busy to answer six yes-or-no questions about ethics and campaign finance reform.

But the good government types running the survey have decided to give Green, and other candidates who dissed them, a chance to turn their assignments in late, almost right up to Election Day.

Don't you wish you'd had a teacher like that? Late filers aren't even being marked down a grade.
