Leggies pad mileage payments at expense of Zien, taxpayers

It's an ill wind that blows no good, and the flap over how much State Sen. Dave Zien is reimbursed for riding his motorcycle, while costing him some money, has benefitted every leggie who drives a car. What started out as a cost-cutting measure ended up spending more.
