Pardon my skepticism...

But I will believe this when I see it:
Home heating prices for the average Midwest household should drop by $156 this winter, which is still likely to be the second costliest heating season on record.

Warmer than normal weather and falling natural gas prices will help consumers see savings of 14% from last winter's expensive heating season, the federal Energy Information Administration said.
