The spin cycle

The second debate between Gov. Jim Doyle and Congressman Mark Green takes place on Friday, but there's an interesting twist in the scheduling:

The debate will take place at 4 at Discovery World in Milwaukee, but will be taped and won't air until 7 p.m.

That leaves a full two hours for the campaigns to work on their releases and talking points for post-debate spin. Or is the reporting going to come before it airs? Given that it's sponsored by the Wisconsin Broadcasters Assn., it might be heard to keep a lid on it during the 6 o'clock newscasts. Maybe it's a closed set?
